This series of drawings was developed between 2013-2014. While traveling through New York, Warwickshire, London, Paris, Oxford, Portugal and Peru, Nimea Ariana began to emerge along her path of self-discovery tapping into the artist she’s always been. In aims to re-discover the connection between her mind, body and soul Nimea Ariana experienced a Spiritual Awakening, ultimately unravelling a series of events and experiences that transformed her life. Feeling called to explore psychedelics, and the ancient medicine Ayahuasca, Nimea Ariana used the pages of her Moleskine notebook to process her own coming of age.

Some pages are signed as “JA” of “Julie Addario”, Nimea Ariana’s original birth name. She has since legally changed her name in 2018, after having received it through a dream in 2014.
